These surveys are crucial for ensuring that the building complies with the Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF) guidelines and council compliance regulations, as well as enhancing safety to people and properties.
Compliance & Documentation
We work closely with our suppliers and Council to provide compliant fire stopping solutions. Our strong partnerships ensure that we maintain high standards and provide quality work to our clients. All of our work is digitally recorded and we are able to share this work with our clients, and provide documentation and PS3 paper work where required.
Passive Fire Installation
Our company takes great pride in installing passive fire solutions in New Zealand that consistently achieve 100% compliance. We install fire stop systems through Fire Cells (floors, walls and ceilings) in Commercial and Residential Buildings to comply with AS4072.1 Standards and all installations are tested to AS1530.4 Standards.
